About your report data.

What we collect

We use the email address and public website URL you enter to create your website diagnosis and send a private report link. We fetch public pages from that website. Please do not submit URLs containing private access tokens or personal information.

How it is used

Your email is used to deliver this requested report. Requesting a report does not create a NeuraCite account or subscribe you to marketing emails. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse; Resend handles report email delivery.

Private links and retention

Anyone with your private report link can view the report, so share it carefully. The link stops working after seven days. Report records and files are then removed by the service’s scheduled cleanup. Hosting logs, backups, and email-provider records may have separate retention periods under our privacy notice.

Abuse protection

We limit submissions using short-lived keyed hashes of network addresses, email addresses and website names. The report service does not add advertising trackers.
